Agreement to these terms

By downloading or using Hatch, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Nordic Esports Group Aps

The service

Hatch is a training, nutrition, recovery and coaching app. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and may change or improve features over time.

Not medical advice

Hatch, including its AI coach, strength ranks and recovery score, is for fitness and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for a doctor or qualified professional. Train within your limits and consult a professional before starting a new program, especially if you have a health condition.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it. Tell us promptly at hello@hatch-app.dk if you suspect unauthorised use. You can export or delete your account at any time from in-app Settings.

Subscriptions & billing

The core of Hatch is free. Hatch+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks expanded AI features. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm. EU users may be directed to complete payment on the web in line with applicable App Store rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or misuse the app.
• Attempt to game ranks or leaderboards, or interfere with anti-cheat systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create, such as logs and photos. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and display it back to you and operate the service. You’re responsible for the content you upload.

Intellectual property

Hatch, its mascot, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These terms don’t give you any right to use our brand without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hatch isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes from training decisions you make using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You can stop using Hatch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and applicable EU law, and disputes are subject to the competent Danish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
